Fall 2024 Redmond Schools Parent/Guardian Transportation Questionnaire
The City of Redmond would like to know more about how students are getting to and from school, and why households are making the choices they are so that we can better support Redmond families and keep students safer. If you have multiple children who attend different schools, please consider taking the time to fill out this questionnaire multiple times, one for each different school. This questionnaire is primarily intended for feedback from families with students at elementary and middle schools in Redmond (zip code 98052 only, schools within the 98053 zip code fall under unincorporated King County jurisdiction). If you have any feedback regarding students traveling to and from Redmond High School, please email GoRedmond@redmond.gov.
This information will be used to inform the Redmond Transportation Master Plan, a document that guides priorities for transportation investments within the City of Redmond. Providing safe routes to school for our students is important for their health and wellbeing and for helping the City of Redmond meet its goals for reducing vehicle miles traveled and creating a safe transportation system for people of all ages and abilities. Your feedback will help us understand how to enhance our streets, sidewalks, and bikeways for safe school access, as well as develop other strategies to support families’ school-related transportation needs.
We appreciate you taking the time to complete this questionnaire, as a thank you there is an opportunity to enter into a drawing for a Starbucks gift card at the end of the questionnaire. Please complete this questionnaire by Nov. 13, 2024.
