Redmond plans to build a new Redmond Senior and Community Center. Help shape the future of facility design and programming by participating in the second community questionnaire.

In February 2021, we heard from Redmond seniors and the community about priorities and interests, during extensive community outreach and the first questionnaire. Community feedback and priorities received allows the City to proceed with additional input on specific program areas to shape the design, layout and features of each program areas in advance of schematic design.

This questionnaire will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

By taking this questionnaire, you are providing critical feedback on facility design features, program areas, and interaction of spaces that will provide guidance as schematic design of the facility is developed.

This questionnaire includes diagrams showing the proposed location of program areas to visualize the facility and how the Redmond Senior and Community Center will interact. Questions will be asked about:

Community Room (for senior lunches, cultural performances, community rentals)
Senior Center (senior lounge, craft room, music room, library, coffee bar, etc.)
Active Recreation Spaces (for pickleball, fitness classes, basketball, indoor track, etc.)
Outdoor Spaces (for events, gardening, outdoor pickleball, etc.)

On July 20, 2021, City Council is scheduled to review and provide direction on a schematic design and project budget.
