Take Questionnaire
The City of Redmond has partnered with Circuit to drive community connection through local microtransit! An on-demand, free, all-electric ride service is available to help residents and visitors get around Downtown Redmond, Southeast Redmond, and Education Hill easily, affordably, and sustainably. Whether you’re heading to local businesses, catching light rail, or running errands, this service makes local trips simple with no car required. This pilot program is expected to run through June 2027, thanks to funding from the City of Redmond, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, and the Washington State Regional Mobility Grant. The City of Redmond recognizes that more neighborhoods would benefit from RedLink service. The current RedLink service area was identified based on proximity to the Downtown and Marymoor Village light rail stations and by prioritizing neighborhoods that have fewer existing King County Metro transit options. Additionally, vehicle capacity and ideal wait times inform the overall size of the service area. Changes to the RedLink service area will be evaluated in the future based on ridership demand and available funding.
The City is interested in hearing from residents and visitors who have used this service! This questionnaire should take five minutes or less.

The City of Redmond needs your help! Your feedback will stay anonymous and help the City understand what residents and visitors need for electric vehicles (EVs), charging, and the opportunities to support them. Feedback on this questionnaire will be used by city staff to guide efforts in transportation and sustainability planning.
Here are some interesting facts:
As of 2023, over 20% of vehicles in Redmond are electric. This is higher than King County (16%) and Washington state (9%).
Public charging stations help more people use electric vehicles. There are nearly 40 public charging stations in Redmond.
The City owns 15 electric vehicles and has six publicly available charging stations at multiple facilities.
Starting in 2035, all new passenger cars and trucks sold in Washington state will be electric. But, recent analysis from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory found 25% of residents don’t have a place to charge at home.
This questionnaire should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Thank you!

The City of Redmond would like to know more about how students are getting to and from school, and why households are making the choices they are so that we can better support Redmond families and keep students safer. If you have multiple children who attend different schools, please consider taking the time to fill out this questionnaire multiple times, one for each different school. This questionnaire is primarily intended for feedback from families with students at elementary and middle schools in Redmond (zip code 98052 only, schools within the 98053 zip code fall under unincorporated King County jurisdiction). If you have any feedback regarding students traveling to and from Redmond High School, please email GoRedmond@redmond.gov.
This information will be used to inform the Redmond Transportation Master Plan, a document that guides priorities for transportation investments within the City of Redmond. Providing safe routes to school for our students is important for their health and wellbeing and for helping the City of Redmond meet its goals for reducing vehicle miles traveled and creating a safe transportation system for people of all ages and abilities. Your feedback will help us understand how to enhance our streets, sidewalks, and bikeways for safe school access, as well as develop other strategies to support families’ school-related transportation needs.
