We must find solutions for accommodating growth that fit our community values, particularly how growth is distributed in our community and what it looks like.

Planning for Neighborhood Mixed-Use
The City is creating a new, small-scale mixed-use zoning district that allows for small businesses in residential neighborhoods.
The purpose of this new zone is to create neighborhoods where most basic needs are located within a comfortable walking distance. This zone would allow for small commercial space such as corner stores, coffee shops, small bakeries and other similar small-scale businesses.
We have identified some parcels with the potential for Neighborhood Mixed-Use.
