Short-Term Rental Management Company Discussions on August 1, from 1 to 2 p.m. PST

The project team will meet with short-term rental management companies to gain additional insights on their operations. This brief meeting will also include in-depth discussion of comments expressed during the July 21 community meeting. To participate in this TEAMS meeting, email Principal Planner Kimberly Dietz.

Staff will provide the final proposed changes to regulations regarding short-term rentals. The City of Redmond Technical Committee will review and make a recommendation to the City Council for their action on the proposed changes.

Staff will provide the recommended changes to regulations regarding short-term rentals to the City Council at the following:

• Committee of the Whole
• Study Session
• Business Meeting

City Council is anticipated to take action in December on changes to regulations regarding short-term rentals.
