Redmond Municipal Code Updates 2026

The City of Redmond Public Works Department is updating multiple sections of the Redmond Municipal Code (RMC). These sections (called out as Titles in the RMC) specify allowable practices and authorities granted to Public Works by the City Council. The Department’s draft changes to Titles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 are now ready for review and comment. These draft changes would update the following sections: General Provisions (Title 1); Administration and Personnel (Title 2); Revenue and Finance (Title 3); Boards, Commissions, and Committees (Title 4); Business License and Regulations (Title 5); Health and Sanitation (Title 6); Public Peace, Morals, and Safety (Title 9). Changes to other RMC Titles will be added to this page as they become ready to distribute for comment.
