Internal City Hall Space Staff Questionnaire

As we begin to assess the most pressing needs in our space at City Hall, we invite you to share your feedback in this short questionnaire. This questionnaire asks for your location and department so that we may compile the information, understand which areas of the building have the most issues, and prioritize solutions. After gathering this information, the directors will meet with the space consultant to prioritize the identified issues.
