Redmond community members are invited to review the draft Community Strategic Plan (CSP) 2021 update, and to provide feedback to Mayor Birney and Redmond City Council members. Please review and complete the short questionnaire by Sunday, September 26.
Redmond’s Community Strategic Plan provides a roadmap to the city’s major community-based initiatives. The segments of the Community Strategic Plan include: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, Housing Choices, Infrastructure, and Public Safety.
The City’s first Community Strategic Plan (CSP) was adopted by Council in October 2019. The CSP has since been revised to incorporate updates to the initiatives, add improved performance metrics and integrate actions already taken by the City to make progress toward the objectives. The new version of the CSP is more focused in its intent to summarize the major initiatives taking place in the community and provide a clear roadmap to achieve stated objectives.
